dissatisfied with your life, work, or relationships, Heather Bone MA MFT provides a safe and supportive environment to help you explore whatever issues concern you. I believe that everyone has the capacity to feel more fulfilled. I have over 10 years of experience working with adults, couples, adolescents, children, and families, providing counseling and psychotherapy.
I believe that everyone has the power within himself or herself to improve their lives. I will provide you with an objective point of view as we work together on breaking the patterns that may be preventing you from accomplishing your goals or realizing your dreams.
I have day, evening and Saturday hours available in Sebastopol and Napa.
Modalities used: EMDR, sand tray therapy, art therapy, play therapy, psycho-educational and somatic therapy, life coaching, and DBT.
